I love the close-knit community at St Michael’s. I felt welcomed from the first time I came and am proud to be working alongside these amazing colleagues. When I’m home I love to read and take long walks with my dog.

I love the warm and welcoming environment of St Michael’s. I noticed it the very first moment I stepped onto the school grounds when I interviewed as a graduate teacher. Since then, the sense of collaboration shared by teachers in striving to provide the best possible learning outcomes for students has had a huge impact on how I teach. Outside of school I like being creative and making things, so you’ll often find me sewing, cooking, drawing or crafting.

St Michael’s is a wonderful school that provides students with a variety of opportunitities through it’s extensive specialist programs and extra curricular activites. Outside of school I have 2 boys that keep me busy, I play a lot of tennis and during the winter months you will find me skiing the weekends away or watching the mighty Demons win at the MCG.

The St Michael’s community is inclusive of everyone and provides a variety of ways to engage together in learning, not only with the students but with the parents, staff and wider community. At St Michaels, your voice will be heard and there’s always someone to support you. Outside of school, you will find me creating special memories with my family and friends, and traveling whenever I can!
